Flick AI
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Flick AI iOS app. By using the app you agree to them.
Flick AI subscriptions are sold through the App Store and are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for anything related to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your files and to process them in order to generate your cards and questions. We do not use your material to train models.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
Cards and questions are produced by a language model from the material you provide. They can be wrong. Flick AI is a study aid, not an authority — check anything that matters against your source.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to process unlawful material. We may suspend accounts that do.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Doing so permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
We may update these terms. The date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
